Work Requirements

Accepted Answer

• Autodesk Revit must be used for modeling and drawing (version 2020 or above).
 • It must be a "real" "interior space design" project.
 • Projects that are completed, under construction, or ready for construction are all eligible for registration.
 • Limited to works produced after 2020 (within 5 years).
 • Entries that have already participated in the BIM Interior Design Award are not eligible to participate.

General Rules

1. Eligibility
 • Any company, organization or individual using Autodesk Revit products for application or development is eligible to participate.
 • Individuals or companies may register. Companies must provide the name of their employed professional designer and company name. Entries from design agencies, those merely assisting with modeling, or conceptual projects will not be accepted.
2. Work Guidelines
 • Each participant may submit a maximum of 3–5 works . Works must have been created after 2020 (within the past five years) , regardless of whether they have been published or entered in other competitions.
 • Entries must be original, and participants or teams must own full copyright and must not plagiarize or infringe on the rights of third parties.
 • If plagiarism, misuse or non-compliance with regulations is discovered, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify and recover the prize, and the participant shall be responsible for compensation.
3. Document Submission
 • Participants are required to sign and upload the "Copyright Statement and Authorization".
 • Participants are required to provide complete images and text information of their works for promotion and publicity purposes.
 • All entries must be uploaded before 23:59 on November 3, 2025 ; late or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Authorization and Public Use
 • By submitting an entry, participants agree that the organizers may use the work as credited within the scope of the competition and publicity. Copyright remains the property of the participant.
5. Voting and Popularity Awards
 • The organizer will verify voting data and prohibit improper voting behavior; violators will be disqualified from the lucky draw and popularity award. Voters' participation is deemed to acknowledge and accept all event regulations.
 • If multiple entries from the same contestant win awards, only the highest-ranking entry will be considered, and the remaining entries will be awarded on a rolling basis.
6. Awards and Award Receipt
 • Major awards (Gold/Silver/Bronze/Excellence/Popularity): To be collected at the awards ceremony. An agent must bring a letter of authorization to claim the award. Failure to do so will be deemed a forfeit.
 • Voting Prize: The e-voucher code will be sent via email. If the voucher cannot be delivered due to an email error, it will be deemed as forfeited.
 • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The organizer reserves the right to amend, terminate, or supplement the event rules at any time. The number of prizes will be adjusted based on the quality and quantity of entries.
7. Rights of the Organizer
 • The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, postpone or terminate the competition at any time.
 • The organizer reserves the final right of interpretation and review of eligibility.
8. Tax regulations
 • According to the tax laws of the Republic of China: Residents of the Republic of China: 10% of the total prize amount will be withheld. If the prize amount exceeds NT$20,000, the organizer will withhold 10% of the total income tax. Non-residents of the Republic of China or Mainland Chinese residents who have resided in Taiwan for less than 183 days: 20% of the total prize amount will be withheld.
 • The prize amount is before tax deduction. The relevant taxes and fees are borne by the winner.
 • Winners must provide their ID or proof of residence and sign a prize confirmation letter.
9. Handling of Violations
 • If any participant's behavior undermines the spirit of the competition, the organizer may disqualify the participant and recover all prizes.
 • Participants who violate the rules shall bear all legal responsibilities and compensate the organizers for any losses caused thereby.
10. Personal Information and Privacy
 • Participants agree that the organizers may collect and use their names, contact information and works for the purpose of competition administration and prize delivery.
11. Law and Disputes
 • This contest is governed by the laws of Taiwan. Remedies are limited to actual damages. Punitive or consequential damages are not permitted. Class action lawsuits of any kind are prohibited. Arbitration requests must be filed within three months of the conclusion of the contest. Late submissions will not be accepted.
12. Disclaimer
 • Entrants agree to release the organizers, co-organizers, sponsors and their related personnel from any liability for any damages arising from participating in the competition, receiving prizes or participating in the event (except where prohibited by law).
 • The organizers are not responsible for any damage caused by computer or network errors, viruses, unauthorized access, etc. Any behavior that violates or circumvents the rules of the competition will result in disqualification and legal prosecution.

Question 5

How to complete the competition qualification

Accepted Answer

• To participate in the contest and be eligible for prizes, you must submit information and images that meet the competition requirements. Each participant may submit a maximum of 3-5 entries.
 • If a single entry wins multiple awards, the highest-ranking entry will be considered. For example, if a submission is shortlisted for the top four awards and also placed in the top three for the Popularity Award, the next highest-ranked entry will be considered for the Popularity Award.
 • In the event of a tie in the Popularity Award, the winner will be decided by voting by representatives of the organizer, co-organizer, and sponsor without further notice.
 • All submissions must be uploaded by 23:59 on November 3, 2025. If any technical problems arise during the submission process, please contact the organizer. Once the deadline has expired, all incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
 • I or my team own the complete copyright of the entry and guarantee that there is no infringement of any third party rights. I must formally sign and confirm this in the copyright statement.

Part 2: Design and Construction Drawings
1 main visual photo/layout image (for the voting homepage) + 14 to 20 pages including cover caption (A3 format)

Please use text to create a caption in Autodesk Revit, detailing the design concept and corresponding construction instructions. This description must include relevant information such as materials used, detailed samples, 3D sections, and detailed descriptions. Design descriptions can be integrated into the plan, elevation, section, and 3D illustrations, and can be supplemented with actual photos or mock-ups.

The following content must be included:
 • Floor plan of the entire area (10%)
 • Zoning floor plan (5%)
 • 3D map of the entire area or a specific region (5%)
 • Cross-section (15%)
 • Sectional drawing (5%)
 • Electrical distribution diagram (switches and sockets) and ceiling lighting diagram (10%)
 • Detailed list with illustrations or cost list (10%)
 • Illustrated application details of task lists and information fields* (15%)
 • Material description and label application (15%)
 • Design Portfolio (10%) * Detailed work lists and information fields for illustration. Participants may take screenshots and insert them into construction drawings. * Integrate design results and project descriptions presented using Autodesk Revit integrated layouts. Actual or simulated photos of completed work may be incorporated to showcase the design, integrating the design from design to construction and final presentation.

Part 3: Copyright Statement and Authorization
 • Entries must be the work of the entrants themselves or legally authorized by their company/team and must not plagiarize, copycat, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
 • All participants must sign and upload a "Copyright Statement and Authorization" to confirm that the source of the work is legal and that it is completely original or legally authorized.
